My consulting services help clients address specific problems or challenges, from enhancing team performance to assessing the overall health of a business, to guiding organizations through succession planning. Each engagement is customized to meet the client’s unique needs and designed to deliver practical, lasting results.

Each engagement begins with a consultation to determine whether we are a good fit. Following that, I tailor the terms to suit this specific project. Since 2014, I have worked with business leaders from a variety of industries. While on a micro level their challenges were unique, on a macro level they fit into one of the common ‘buckets’ that challenge most all leaders. I am a seasoned executive whose 35-year career was rooted in the private sector of higher education. The last 9 years of my career were spent as CEO/President of DeVry University (DVU) and Keller Graduate School of Management, overseeing an employee base of ~7,500, an enrollment of 90,000 students, and revenues of more than $1.4 billion.
